Before you roll up your sleeves and study the best universities guide, take a moment to read the ten reasons why you should consider the University of Macau (UM) for studies:

1.     The only public comprehensive university in Macao, UM implements a unique ‘4-in-1’ model of education that consists of discipline-specific education, general education, research and internship education, and community and peer education. This model not only helps students acquire extensive knowledge; it also exerts a positive influence on their character development.

Such a living arrangement not only allows students to achieve well-rounded development, but also helps them expand their networks.

4.     UM internationally recruits outstanding scholars to create a multilingual and multicultural learning environment for students. UM has a faculty team comprised of more than 590 people, over 20 of them are chair professors and distinguished professors who are leaders in their respective areas of expertise.
