The University of Macau (UM) Department of Portuguese on 9 November invited four outstanding alumni to share their Portuguese learning and working experience with the current students. The four alumni were José Wong, acting director of the DSEJ’s language promotion centre; Vanessa Lam, translator of the Macao Cultural Heritage Committee; Flávio Wong, interpreter at the Legislative Assembly; and Inês Feng, deputy director of the Centre for International Exchange and Collaboration, Guangdong-Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development Co Ltd. The event attracted more than 100 students.
