Six students from the University of Macau (UM) Department of Communication recently participated in a city governance case study competition held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). Participants conducted case-by-case analysis on the problems facing major cities in mainland China in their development.

The competition attracted more than 100 students from SJTU, Remin University of China, Peking University, Taiwan University, Chengchi University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the University of Hong Kong, and UM.

The event was organised by SJTU and hosted by its School of International and Public Affairs.
