Source: My UM Now all the students, faculty members, and staff have moved onto the new campus, which is 20 times larger than the old campus. While cherishing their memories of the old campus, many are excited about living, working and studying on the new campus. In this issue, our UM Reporters interview some UM members about their wishes for the new campus. Prof Mary Roberts, Visting professor of communication, FSS “I wish all the students will explore and enjoy the new library!” Peter Jakubowicz, Part-time lecturer, FSS “More International Restaurants!”
“Hope everyone enjoys our new campus.”
“I hope there will be a 24-hour convenience store.”
“I hope there will be more bicycles”
“I hope there will be more security workers, so each worker will be able to work shorter hours. I also hope there will be house activities in my residential college soon.” Charly Leong, Chloe Lam, Year-2 student of Communication, FSS “We hope that trees on the new campus can grow faster in order to provide more shade, and the bus companies can increase bus service frequency so that it is easier to commute to school.” 23/09/2014 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
