Content : How did a university president with a scientific background get involved in the development of Chinese Medicine? In this talk Dr. Daniel C. W. Tse will describe in an interesting way his own story. His journey started with the dramatic appointment to the chair of the Hong Kong Preparatory Committee for the Development of Chinese Medicine, which led him to the path of providing Chinese medicinal education for the future professionals. He will share his unusual encounters in initiating and producing an international text book series on Chinese Medicine for the English speaking world in Beijing, and also his activities related to Chinese Medicine after his return to his home town Macau.
