The University of Macau’s (UM) Graduate School (GRS) recently held an information seminar, titled ‘Pathway to Success- Introduction to Postgraduate Studies 2016’, to help prospective students learn more about the university’s postgraduate programmes. The event was chaired by Prof Maggie Fu, acting dean of the GRS.

During the information seminar, UM Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) Prof Lionel Ni, Faculty of Arts and Humanities Dean Prof Hong Gang Jin, Prof Jiang Chaoyang from the Faculty of Law, and Prof Wang Di from the Faculty of Social Sciences provided useful information about the various postgraduate programmes. Kuong Wai Man and Lam Kai Heng, two UM alumni with successful careers in the field of engineering and education respectively, shared their experience studying at UM and discussed how a college degree can help one’s career.
