The University of Macau (UM) recently unveiled a plaque at UM Wu Yee Sun Library to acknowledge a donation made by the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Limited to the University of Macau Development foundation (UMDF) in 2010. Dr Lam Kam Seng, chair of the UM University Council; Prof Wei Zhao, rector of UM; Dr Tse Chi Wai, chair of the UMDF Executive Committee; Ms Wong Ng Po Ching, Mrs Yip Wu Po Liang, and Mrs Liu Pao-Hsieng, directors of the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Limited, officiated at the ceremony. Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Chairman Dr Michael Wu and other members of the Wu family also attended the ceremony and toured UM’s campus.
