Conference on "Harmonization of commercial law in Africa and its advantages for Chinese investments in Africa" Held by UM Next Tuesday

 

Aiming to promote the African Business Law (OHADA) in the Chinese legal and economic environments, the University of Macau will hold a conference on 27 November 2007 (Tuesday), organized by the Faculty of Law and the Center for Law Studies of the University of Macau, together with Club OHADA China-Macao.

This conference will focus on the following topic: "Harmonization of commercial law in Africa and its advantages for Chinese investments in Africa".

This event will have the participation of several guest speakers, coming from different countries of Africa, Europe as well as China, and also of several Chinese companies currently investing in Africa.
