UM Signs an MOU with 3D Cities Macau

 

The Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau (UM), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 3D Cities Macau to strengthen mutual cooperation, enhance scientific research quality and foster the training of competitive research talents in Macao.

3D Cities Macau, which expertises in online 3D multi-dimensional design, is a local company run by Macao investors. The two parties have agreed to cooperate on encouraging research on 3D multi-dimensional design, enhancing scientific research quality and promoting the development of 3D related technologies in the Macao region. UM has agreed to provide professional services and technological supports and collaborate with 3D Cities Macau on national and international research projects. Accordingly, 3D Cities Macau will support UM by offering internship and job opportunities to students from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST).

Mr. Rodrigo Brum, managing director of 3D Cities Macau, and Prof.Iu Vai Pan, rector of UM, chaired the signing ceremony. Mr. Pascoal Junior, customer service manager of 3D Cities Macau, Prof. Rui Martins, vice rector of UM, Prof. Mok Kai Meng, dean of FST, Prof. Wu En-hua, associate dean of FST and other representatives witnessed the ceremony.
