Leong Ka Hang, a fourth-year student from the Department of Communication, who was twice named Mr Football of Macao, has signed a professional contract with the Tai Po Football Club in Hong Kong, becoming the first football player from Macao to join the Hong Kong Premier League. Leong is very happy to realise his long-time dream of becoming a professional football player, and says he will continue to work hard in the future.

Ever since he joined the Macao Football Team in 2010, Leong has played a key role in his team’s winning numerous medals at international events. At the friendly match against the Singaporean team held in October 2014, Leong helped his team to edge up the score to a tie of 2:2.
