UM to hold conference on population and sustainability

A conference on policies for population and social development in Macao, co-organised by the University of Macau’s (UM) Centre for Macao Studies, Nankai University’s Population and Development Research Institute, and the Macau Economic Association, will be held at UM on Thursday 19 June. The conference will be divided into two sessions. The first session will be focused on “population and Macao’s sustainable social and economic development”, and the second session will discuss “talent development and human resources in Macao”. The opening ceremony will take place in Room HG03, Ho Yin Convention Centre, UM. It will begin at 9:30am and be conducted in Putonghua and Cantonese. All are welcome.
