Students of the University of Macau’s (UM) Pearl Jubilee College (PJC) on 25 April organised a storytelling activity for children at Creche da Caritas, a day care nursery in Macao. The activity aimed to give back to society by bringing fun to children at the nursery through stories that express positive messages.

During the visit, PJC students told the children stories from The Adventures of Peach, Jam and Cheese, PJC’s newly published children’s storybook about three cats’ adventures and friendships. They also played games with the children.

PJC plans to organise more storytelling activities in the future at nurseries, day care centres, children's hospitals, and schools, so as to increase the students’ participation in community service and to help children learn while having fun.
