Winners of the Passion for Anchors 2013, which was organised by the University of Macau (UM) Communication Society, have been announced. Of the more than 50 participants, seven made it to the final. Amber Wu won the Best Anchor Prize. Tina Xu received the Anchor with the Most Potential Prize, while the Most Popular Anchor Prize went to Yuki Bao.

The activity has been successfully held seven times and has produced many UM anchors. Judges for this year’s competition included former TVB anchor Connie Wong, TDM journalist and anchor Ip Si Man, and UM Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) Assistant Dean (Teaching and Curriculum) Agnes Lam.
