Prof. Zhao Guoqiang from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau (UM) was invited to comment at the China Youth Legal Forum, which was organised by the China Law Society and attended by nearly 400 experts, scholars and legal professionals.

Prof. Zhao commented on an article presented by a professor from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, which discusses the possibility of using statistical method to evaluate the likelihood of criminal suspects and defendants running away after being released on bail.
